I don’t think I need to mention how sweaty betty I am right now, it’s pretty much a given.
I found the workout a little more difficult today, mostly because my muscles are still a little sore from yesterday and I ran harder today. But hey ho, it’s over and I’m happy that I pushed myself even harder with the workout today.
Now I need to shower.

Once again, the first set of cardio kicked my ass, but this time I only took a break to gulp down some water. PROGRESS! :D

I am sweaty and tired and gross but I’ve never felt better!
The cardio on the first set literally killed me, I had to take like a 30 second break (sorry Jillian) but by the end of the workout I could do everything without stopping!
